  Great follow through. Paula assured me some one would be there in an hour and half. Showed up in an hour. This was a weekend call and I had never used them before. They didn't have the part but the tech was able to get me up and running until the next day and we could get the part, Very nice techs. Felt that I could trust them....unlike other companies I have used over the years. Our summers are brutal on the units. Need to be able to trust the company so you know your not getting charged hundreds of dollars for a $12 dollar fuse. Weill call again!
