  I am very dissatisfied with the way Pet Smart does business. I scheduled for a grooming, which included a wash and haircut for $70. When I picked up my Golden Retriever, It was apparent that the haircut was not done properly. I could barely notice any hair removed, especially around his ears and rear end. It looked like his left leg ( near his rear end) was trimmed very little while the right side was untouched, creating a uneven look. I pointed this out to the grooming specialists and they took care of it without any hassle. While reviewing the grooming report card, It said the nailed were trimmed. I specifically asked for them not to trim my dogs nails because last time they cut them too short which caused bleeding. When I asked the lady if they trimmed his nails, she she no. "Well, why does it say that on my report card?" The lady then told me that the report card was filled out prior to any grooming performed. How am I suppose to believe a grooming report card when its filled out prior to any services performed? When I went to pay, I asked for my Military Discount which is 10%. I was then informed that Pet Smart only offered that discount on Tuesdays. I was mislead by a sign posted on the grooming salons window which read, " Military and Senior Discount for ANY grooming purchase". I asked to speak to the manager on duty, which was not granted. Instead, I was given a dirty look by three of the females that work there. So, I politely asked that they remove the sign off the grooming saloon window since I know it will also be misleading to many other veterans and seniors. I am very disappoint to say that Pet Smart has lost my business.
