  I order from this jimmy johns a lot due to the fact i work at the Hospital across the street and it’s not always easy to get lunch but weds night i was very disappointed i ordered a sandwich on the mobile app and forgot to order a side of the new ranch so i called the store to see if i can be charged for it and it can be delivered with my sandwich which didn’t leave the store yet and whoever answered the phone told me they will have to charge me a delivery fee for the ranch and I’m like that’s ridiculous when i haven’t even got my sandwich yet and i already paid delivery fee for that why would i pay almost $3 for something that’s i believe .49 i just didn’t understand that at all smh
