  If Lacie is going to work the front, she needs to work on her customer service. She has the "I don't want to be here" attitude. Put the receipt in my face and didn't even look at me or say anything.
  Food is great and all other employees seem to care except for Lacie.
  Jonathan on the other hand has the best customer service I've ever seen at a BWW.
  I've been to plenty in California and Arizona.
