  Terrible customer service. The owner Mark was extremely rude and massively disrespectful to me and my wife. They said they would drop half of our 12 ton order at one time then go get the rest and drop it off same day. Well they dropped the half and then never showed up again. We called to ask where it's at and Mark claimed to have no clue of what was going on. Two hours later since he never called with resolution we called back and then he claimed to have seen his driver drop the second load off with his own eyes... How does your story change? If he really saw the second load get dropped then why wouldnt he of just said that in the first place? And why would our yard be half empty? They refused to compensate in any way because Mark is the "owner" and
  he makes the "decisions". I refuse to ever use or recommend this company to anyone.
